  • Screening, short listing and conducting preliminary interview (Candidate Assessment) prior to sending it to the client.
  • Managing the recruitment for Analytics and Insights vertical.
  • In charge of the Full Life Cycle Recruiting Process.
  • Hands on recruitment experience across levels with specialization in senior search mandates and International mandates.
  • Interaction with Hiring Managers / Heads at the client side to have a better understanding of manpower requirement.
  • Sourcing candidates for the requirements through job sites, references/networking, head hunting/mapping and existing database .


  • Interviewing, negotiating compensation, closing the role and finally presenting offers and performing reference checks on all qualified recruits.
  • Maintaining relationship with clients for retaining and enhancing business.
  • Relationship building, generating more business from existing clients, Understanding the Client’s manpower requirements.
  • Train and Induct new recruits on best practices and various sourcing tools.
    Provide guidance and Support to new & existing team members
